Occasionally, a customer support representative might ask for you to "close out the app". This is an equivalent request of hitting "refresh" on a website page.
To close out the Rolla app:
Swipe up from the bottom of the screen and stop in the middle of the screen.
Swipe up on the app's preview to close the app.
