To invite your teammates to your account, you have to first make sure you are on the right plan. Below is a breakdown of the plans that include additional seats:
Free account: 1 Seat
Basic plan: 1 Seat
Essential plan: 2 Seats
Pro plan: 3 Seats
Note: Your account is included in the seat count.
To invite your teammates:
Head to the dashboard on the desktop app
On the left side, you will see a Manage Teammates section.
On the pop up, you'll see an overview of your plan, the seats you have left, who is in your current team, your unique invite link, and an email input where you can easily send off an invite.
Type in the email of the user that you want to invite and hit the "Invite" button. They will then receive an email with a link to join your account!
Note: Only the team leads can invite other teammates.
Can't see the Invite option on your dashboard?
That is because your account does not include additional seats. You can reach out to our support team with the chat bubble in the bottom corner of this page to request additional seats.
